Facebook is a Tier 4 (Social) integration with OAuth authentication. Connect your Facebook Page to sync audience engagement and ad interactions.
01Setup
- Open Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect on Facebook
- You will be redirected to Meta's OAuth consent screen
- Grant Waypath access to your Facebook Page
- You will be redirected back to Waypath

03Sync behavior
- Initial backfill: imports recent page engagement and audience interactions
- Incremental sync: polls for new interactions
- Identity resolution: matches Facebook users to existing people where possible
