Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a Tier 5 (Analytics) integration with OAuth authentication. Connect your GA4 property to sync website engagement and conversion data.
Setup
- Open Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect on Google Analytics
- You will be redirected to Google’s OAuth consent screen
- Grant Waypath access to your GA4 property
- You will be redirected back to Waypath

Sync behavior
- Initial backfill: imports recent user sessions and conversion events
- Incremental sync: polls for new events and user activity
- Identity resolution: matches GA4 users to existing people via client ID or user ID
