LinkedIn is a Tier 4 (Social) integration with OAuth authentication. Connect your LinkedIn Company Page to sync professional engagement data.
Setup
- Open Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect on LinkedIn
- You will be redirected to LinkedIn’s OAuth consent screen
- Grant Waypath access to your Company Page
- You will be redirected back to Waypath

Sync behavior
- Initial backfill: imports recent page engagement and follower interactions
- Incremental sync: polls for new interactions
- Identity resolution: matches LinkedIn profiles to existing people via email where available
