Mailchimp
Mailchimp is a Tier 2 (Core) integration with OAuth authentication. Connect your Mailchimp account to sync audiences, campaigns, and email engagement into Waypath.
01Setup
- Open Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect on Mailchimp
- You will be redirected to Mailchimp's OAuth consent screen
- Grant Waypath access to your Mailchimp account
- You will be redirected back to Waypath

03Sync behavior
- Initial backfill: imports subscribers, audiences, and recent campaign activity
- Incremental sync: polls for new email events and subscriber changes
- Identity resolution: matches Mailchimp subscribers to existing people via email
