SendGrid

SendGrid is a Tier 3 (Channel) integration with OAuth authentication. Connect your SendGrid account to sync transactional and marketing email events into Waypath.

Setup

  1. Open Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect on SendGrid
  3. You will be redirected to SendGrid’s OAuth consent screen
  4. Grant Waypath access
  5. You will be redirected back to Waypath

Sync behavior

  • Initial backfill: imports recent email activity and recipient lists
  • Incremental sync: polls for new email events
  • Identity resolution: matches SendGrid recipients to existing people via email
