SendGrid
SendGrid is a Tier 3 (Channel) integration with OAuth authentication. Connect your SendGrid account to sync transactional and marketing email events into Waypath.
01Setup
- Open Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect on SendGrid
- You will be redirected to SendGrid's OAuth consent screen
- Grant Waypath access
- You will be redirected back to Waypath

03Sync behavior
- Initial backfill: imports recent email activity and recipient lists
- Incremental sync: polls for new email events
- Identity resolution: matches SendGrid recipients to existing people via email
