Shopify
Shopify is a Tier 2 (Core) integration with OAuth authentication. Connect your Shopify store to sync customers, orders, and product engagement into Waypath.
01Setup
- Open Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect on Shopify
- You will be redirected to Shopify's OAuth consent screen
- Grant Waypath access to your Shopify store
- You will be redirected back to Waypath

03Sync behavior
- Initial backfill: imports customers, recent orders, and product catalog
- Incremental sync: polls for new orders and customer updates
- Identity resolution: matches Shopify customers to existing people via email
