Filters & Search
Entity type filters
The Filters tab in the left panel lets you show or hide specific entity types. Click an entity type label to toggle its visibility. The view re-renders in real time.
Common filter combinations:
- Customers + Campaigns: see which campaigns reach which audiences
- Customers + Opportunities: focus on buying signals
- Touchpoints + Channels: understand communication patterns
Relationship type filters
You can also toggle specific relationship types to show or hide certain connections. This is useful for isolating attribution paths or journey sequences.
Search (Cmd+K)
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the search overlay.
Type any name to find and focus on it in Intelligence. The view will
pan and zoom to center the selected entity.
Explorer tab
The Explorer tab in the left panel lists all entities grouped by type, with counts. Click any entity in the explorer to select it and open its detail panel.
