Node Types

The Intelligence graph contains 12 distinct node types, each representing a different entity in your customer engagement data.

StageOrangeA step in a campaign funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Conversion)
ChannelPinkA communication channel (email, SMS, social, web)
OpportunityRedAn AI-detected buying signal or revenue opportunity
RecommendationSkyAn AI-generated campaign insight or action suggestion
CohortLight IndigoAn algorithm-discovered customer cluster (hidden by default)
JourneyRoseA conversion path through touchpoints (hidden by default)
ProductVioletAn item purchased or browsed
EventSlateA raw ingested event before processing

Node size in the graph is proportional to the node’s connectivity, nodes with more relationships appear larger.
